Where are your products made?

All Mont Trod products are proudly made in Cyprus, adhering to the highest quality and regulatory standards as set by the European Regulation on Cosmetic Products 1223/2009 E and the Cosmetics Department of the Pharmaceutical Services in Cyprus.

Do you source your ingredients sustainably?

Yes. Sustainability is at the core of Mont Trod. All ingredients are sourced sustainably, prioritizing local suppliers and eco-conscious harvesting practices.

Product information

Are your products organic?

Our products are made with high-quality, plant-derived ingredients, many of which are organic. We have the ability to source and incorporate organic ingredients into our formulations with the rare exception of certain plants that are very difficult to find in organic crops. However, we prioritize efficacy, sustainability, and science-backed actives over strict organic certification.

Are your products vegan?

Yes! All Mont Trod products are 100% vegan and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Mont Trod products are not tested on animals, and we ensure that our suppliers also adhere to cruelty-free standards.

Do your products contain any preservatives?

Yes. Our oil-based formulations contain a natural antioxidant called Tocopherol (Vitamin E), which is dissolved in Sunflower oil. Our water-based formulations contain safe cosmetic preservatives to ensure stability and safety.

Do your products expire?

Yes, as we use natural and science-backed active ingredients, each product has a specific shelf life. Look for the Period-After-Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging to identify the number of months your product remains effective after first opening.

How should I store my Mont Trod products?

We recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their potency and effectiveness.

I have very sensitive/reactive skin. Can I use your products?

Yes! Our formulations are designed to be gentle yet effective. All of our products are dermatologically tested. However, we recommend patch testing before use if you have highly reactive skin.

Can you recommend which products to use depending on my skin type?

Can I return the glass bottles?

We do not currently offer this service, but we encourage you to follow your local community's rules on recycling glass.

Orders, shipping & delivery

How can I track my order?

All orders are trackable. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This way, you will be able to track your order and estimate its arrival time.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return an item up to 10 days after your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, inside the original packaging. Please kindly note that shipping costs are at your charge.
