Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the online sale of plant-based beauty products ("Products") made on the website www.monttrod.com ("Website").
The seller is MTXC Consulting LTD, a company registered in Cyprus. Mont Trod is a registered trademark with its legal address at 240 Franklin Roosevelt Street, 3046, Limassol, Cyprus. ("Mont Trod", "We", "Us").
All orders placed on the Website are subject to these GTC. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and the applicable version will be the one appearing online at the time of your order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge having read and accepted these GTC by checking the box: "I have read and accept Mont Trod’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale."
Article 2 – Conditions of Sale
By purchasing Products, you declare that:
- You are purchasing for personal use and not for resale.
- You are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.
- If you are underage, you confirm that your legal representative has consented to the purchase.
Article 3 – Products and Availability
- Product descriptions and images on the Website are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in color or texture do not constitute defects.
- Products are sold within stock availability. In case of unavailability after purchase, we will cancel the item and refund you promptly.
Article 4 – Ordering Process
4.1 Steps to Order
To place an order, you must:
- Add Products to your cart.
- Provide contact and delivery details.
- Select a payment method.
- Confirm and pay for your order.
- Receive an order confirmation via email.
4.2 Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, modifications require our approval. Requests may be denied if deemed abusive.
4.3 Order Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse orders for legitimate reasons, including:
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Previous payment disputes.
- Violation of these GTC.
Article 5 – Prices and Payment Terms
- Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes.
- We accept payments via Visa, PayPal, and other listed payment methods.
- Payments are processed securely using encryption technologies.
- If payment fails, the order will be canceled.
Article 6 – Delivery
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email.
- Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.
- Mont Trod is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- If customs duties apply, they are the buyer's responsibility.
- If your package arrives damaged, report it to the courier and contact us within 3 days.
Article 7 – Return Policy
- You may return unused Products in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns are at your expense unless the Product is defective.
- To initiate a return, contact helena@monttrod.com with order details.
- Refunds are processed upon inspection of returned items.
Article 8 – Exchanges
- Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
- Proof of damage (photo/video) is required.
- If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Article 9 – Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within two weeks days upon approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.
- E-gift cards are non-refundable.
- If duties or taxes were paid to customs, they are non-refundable.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
We are not liable for order delays or non-performance caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (logos, images, text) is Mont Trod’s property and may not be copied or used without permission.
Article 12 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by the laws of Cyprus. In case of disputes, we encourage an amicable resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus.
